Lesson 1 כן אנחנו יכולים

Ok, so for my first 10 words, I'm going to have them to do with the great next President of the US -Barack Obama. Here's to a great first term!

president - נַשִׂיא
parade - מצעד  
celebration - חגיגה
speech - נֵאוּם
poem - שירה
inspiration - השרַאַה
hope - תִקוַה
change - שינוי
to celebrate - לחגוג
crowd - קַהַל

    i like the theme! though i must say that if you didn't know the word tikvah before yesterday, that's pathetic...
